D'Oyly, John (1670 -1746)

According to Guillim Or two bends azure was the arms of Sir John Doyley, Baronet, of Chiselhampton in Oxfordshire; his crest was a demi dragon. He was created a baronet 7 July 1666. This is presumably his stamp or that of a member of that family. The baronetcy became extinct in the first half of the nineteenth century.
