Grey, Harry, 4th Earl of Stamford (1715 -1768)

Harry Grey was the eldest surviving son of Henry Grey, 3rd Earl of Stamford, and Dorothy, daughter of Sir Nathan Wright, Lord Keeper of the Great Seal. He married, in May 1736, Mary Booth, only daughter and heir of George last Earl of Warrington. He succeeded his father in 1739. His library and other property appear to have passed under the will of George Harry 7th Earl of Stamford to Sir Henry Foley Grey (formerly Lambert) whose son sold some of the books at Sotheby's 30 October 1931.
