Keppel, Frederick Charles (1831 -1876)

Frederick Charles Keppel was the eldest son of the Reverend William Arnold Walpole Keppel, of Lexham Hall, and Rector of Haynford both in Norfolk, and Registrar of the Diocese of Norwich, and Frances Georgiana Sophia, eldest daughter of Robert Marsham, of Stratton Strawless also in Norfolk. He was a great great grandson of William Anne, 2nd Earl of Albermarle. A Lieutenant Colonel in the Grenadier Guards and Equerry to the Prince of Wales, afterwards Edward VII, he died unmarried 2 March 1876, during the lifetime of his father.
