Cornwallis, Frederick (1630N/A

This is not the stamp of Frederick 1st Baron Cornwallis (1610-1662), but probably of Frederick (b. ca. 1630), his second son, and Elizabeth Ashburnham (1613-1634), daughter of Sir John Ashburnham. Little seems to be known about this Frederick. Only the approximate date of his birth can be surmised, but his date of death is unknown. It is known, however, that he died before his father.
