Levinge, Richard, Sir, 6th Baronet (1765 -1848)

Sir Richard Levinge was born 29 October 1765, the eldest son of Sir Charles Levinge, 5th Baronet, of West Meath, and Elizabeth Frances, only daughter of Nicholas Reynell of Reynella in County Westmeath. He married, 3 December 1810, Elizabeth Anne, eldest daughter and eventual coheir of Thomas Boothby Parkyns, 1st Lord Rancliffe. He died 12 September 1848, and was succeeded by his eldest son Richard George Augustus. The library or part of it was included in a general sale at Sotheby’s 22-23 July 1985.
