Taylor, Robert (1760 -1839)

Robert Taylor was the third son of Thomas 1st Earl of Bective and Jane, eldest daughter of the Right Honourable Hercules Langford Rowley. A General in the army, Colonel of the 6th Dragoon Guards, and Member of the Irish Parliament for Kells 1790 1800, he did not marry. His eldest brother was created Marquess of Headfort 29 December 1800.
