Thomson, Theodore Radford (1897 -1981)

Theodore Radford Forrester Thomson, of Corstorphine, Midlothian, was educated at Epsom, and Gonville and Caius College Cambridge. In1921 he married Olga Vera, daughter of Herbert Sumner Simpson, of Temple Ewell, Kent. He married secondly, in 1930, Evelyn, daughter of Charles Underhill, of Kilndown, Kent, with whom he had four children. He married thirdly, in 1945, Janet Eileen, daughter of John Bonner, with whom he had three more children. He was the author of a number of books of genealogy, including A Catalogue of British Family Histories (1976).
