Trevanion, Nicholas (1735 -1772)

Nicholas Trevanion was the son of John Trevanion of Plympton St Mary in Devon. He was educated at Exeter College, Oxford, where he matriculated 16 March 1752, aged sixteen. He took his B.A. from Queen's College in 1755 as of Carhayes [Caerhayes in Cornwall]. The book is presumably a graduation present. There is a pedigree of Trevanion of Caerhayes in Burke's Landed Gentry. 1858, but no mention is made of Nicholas.
