Weaver, John N/A

The arms of Weaver of Prestene in Herefordshire and of London, according to the Visitation of London of 1568, were Or on a fess azure between two cotises gules two garbs or with as a crest An antelope passant ermine attired or supporting with the dexter foot an escutcheon or. This stamp would appear to be a distortion of these arms, though the bars can hardly be cotises and there is no fess shown. The antelope, moreover, is not ermine. The hatching of the escutcheon is probably meaningless.
