Bateman, Anne, Viscountess Bateman (1702 -1769)

Anne Spencer was the daughter of Charles 3rd Earl of Sunderland and Anne Churchill second daughter of John 1st Duke of Marlborough. In 1720 she married William Bateman M.P. who was created Baron Culmore and Viscount Bateman in the peerage of Ireland 12 July 1725. He died in 1744. Their only son William, 2nd Viscount, died in 1802 leaving no children.
