Campbell, Louise Hollingsworth Morris , Duchess of Argyll (1904 -1970)

Louise Hollingsworth Morris Clews was born 27 November 1904 in Paris, the daughter of Henry Clews Jr. and Louise Hollingsworth Morris. In 1930 she married, firstly, Hon. Andrew Nicholas Armstrong Vanneck, son of Hon. William Arcedeckne Vanneck, and Mary Armstrong. They were divorced in 1933. Two years later in 1935 she married, secondly, Ian Douglas Campbell, 11th Duke of Argyll, and had two sons. They were divorced in 1951. She subsequently married Robert Clermont Livingston Timpson in 1954. She died in New York in 1970.
