Rigby, Samuel -1890)

Samuel Rigby lived at Bruche Hall, near Warrington. He was a partner in the cotton manufacturing firm of Armitage & Rigby, at Cockhedge Mills, Warrington. He also served as Justice of the Peace for Lancashire. He died in 1890.
