Sweeting, Henry (1817 -1856)

The crest is that of the Huntingdonshire family of Sweeting, perhaps for Henry Sweeting, eldest son of Henry Sweeting Esq. of Huntingdon. He was educated at Rugby and University College, Oxford, where he matriculated 7 May 1836, age eighteen, and took his B.A. in 1839, and his M.A. in 1843. He was curate of Great Stukeley in Huntingdonshire. His full arms were: Azure a chevron between three violins or on a chief argent three roses gules
